Join Mayor Bowser as she kicks off National School Safety Week and Vision Zero Week by leading community members and volunteers in a Slow Down campaign at Garfield Elementary School in Ward 8.

She will highlight the importance of driving safely in and around school zones, in addition to discussing the Administration’s investments and efforts to ensure traffic safety for children and families getting to and from school.
