Participants will hear an overview of the Boundary Study process, school boundary and student assignment-related challenges specific to Payne ES and the neighboring elementary schools, and can provide feedback and testimony about potential solutions. The meeting is open to everyone, those attending Payne ES as well as residents living inside or outside the boundary.
