Matt Frumin has lived in Washington, D.C. for more than 30 years. He and his wife Lena have been active in the school system, and had children in DCPS schools for 20 years. Their children have attended Janney Elementary, Deal Middle and Wilson High School—with their youngest a current senior at Wilson. He has served on the Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) 3E since 2008. He was a leader in the process of modernizing Wilson High School and has been active on education issues citywide. He serves on the Ward 3 Citizens Advisory Group on issues impacting seniors and on the Board of Directors for Teens RunDC (a fitness and mentoring program serving students at schools across the District). Matt is an attorney by day, working on international trade matters.
